Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
– Delivery Time: Within 3-5 working days from the order placement date.
– Delivery Days: Monday to Friday.
– Shipping Cost: £2.99 on all orders.
– Free Upgrade: Orders over £50 are eligible for a free upgrade to next-day delivery.

Important:
– To qualify for next-day delivery, place your order before 12:00 PM the day prior to the desired delivery date.
– Next-day delivery is only available for orders over £50.

—Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel and return the item within 14 days of receipt.

– Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment in the original tender currency. It may take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned item for the refund to be issued. Banks may take an additional 3-7 working days to process the refund.

– Conditions for Returns:
– Items must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn, and include all original tags and labels.
– If items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, a deduction may be applied to reflect the reduction in the order’s value.

– Return Shipping Costs:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

– Recommended Return Method:
We recommend using signed-for or tracked delivery to ensure the parcel can be tracked. Discount Valley will not be responsible for missing parcels unless proof of posting is provided.

Failure to provide proof of posting may result in a refusal to issue a refund.

— Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item:
1. Contact our Customer Service Team at discountvalley19@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Include photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.
3. Return the item to us for inspection. Postage costs for returning faulty items will be refunded, and a replacement will be sent.

Note: Without receiving the item back at our warehouse, we cannot dispatch a replacement.

— Delivery Refunds
As permitted by law, delivery refunds will be based on the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if you opt for expedited delivery, the refund will only cover the cost of standard delivery.
